Beloit Man Linked In June Drug Arrest

As so may remember on June 21st a search warrant for drugs was executed by Beloit Police at a house located on North Lincoln Avenue. As a result of the raid, 48 year old Tiffany Noel Putman was arrested. In her first appearance in Mitchell County District Court Putman was formally charged with 20 felony/misdemeanor counts and bond was set at $60,000 cash or surety.

In an appearance today, her husband Ricky Lee Putman was charged with several Class A Nonperson Misdemeanors including three counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance related to Marijuana/Hash/Mushrooms and three counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. His appearance bond was $2,500.

Ricky Putman will next make an appearance in Mitchell County District Court on August 6th.
